August 11, 5:30 pm - Opening reception for the exhibit followed by screening of the film The Wanted 18
August 15, 16, 22, 23 and Sept. 19, 20, 26, 27, 12-4 pm - Exhibit open to the public.
September 27, 12-4 pm - Tatreez and Tea. Palestinian tatreez (embroidery) is a centuries-old folk art, traditionally passed from mother to daughter over a cup of tea. Come anytime between 12 and 4 for a cup of tea, peruse the Palestinian Art Exhibit and try your hand at embroidery. Beginners welcome, with sample patterns and basic supplies available for ages 5 and up.
